So much has to be done...

I have thoughts of attempting to bake a fruit tart.
Maybe a 10 inch one!
Yummy Yum Yum!

And that brings me to the thought of what I should do after poly.
I mean, the obvious thing to do is to get into a University.
But somehow I find it really draining to have to continue Architecture.
Seems like there is greater passion to be involved in the culinary industry.
I want to take a Diploma in Pastry & Baking at Shatec.
If only I realized this passion right after secondary school,
I wouldn't have wasted my 3 years then.
But on the bright side of it all,
I met a great bunch of friends
and I'm exposed to several aspects of design
which I believe will definitely be meaningful in my future.

Sometimes, it's really scary to think of the future.
I mean how bad can it be right?
I tend to think it's easy-going, smooth-sailing or what have you.
But it could be because I was brought up in a different environment.
I keep telling myself that I'll make it.
But seriously, who knows?
